Im so disappointed. I hurt my knee and cant do cardio like I was. I have been trying to do the ab crunches and weights for upper body. I dont want to see what that does to my weight loss.

Sorry about your knee.But there's lots of upper body,leg raises and crunches that really are a good workout.

My son gave me a book he used a while back called the abs diet that has some excercises in it. I think I can handle some of those.

Sorry about your knee. I injured mine last week and I also sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago. Did what I could exercise-wise, but it wasn't much. I still lost weight and, more importantly, inches. Yay, Atkins! Just do what you can and make sure you are healed so you don't re-injure it.

understand your pain - was doing so good at the YWCA then injured the knee and had to have surgery, so I have been sitting in my chair for almost 6 weeks now :-( But Monday I go back & should be able to go weight bearing again - woo hoo - look out Y! I have stuck to my program though and have lost even though I'm not sure how much since I can't weigh. So even if you can't do as much as you're used to doing, stick at with this WOE and the weight will still fall off. Take care of that knee!!!!!!!!
