I actually started Atkins on the 1st of November. I began cutting carbs in August, but went to <20g/ day a month ago. I am not weighing in until I get a decent scale. I am pretty sure my large behind broke it. However, I am feeling better than ever. My pants fit looser than before and I have energy to spare. I can reach my toes now, AND I have seen my crotch again after 2 years. TMI, maybe, but it is an amazing achievement in my weight loss. Perhaps some other big person out there can feel my excitement. I have noticed I lost a back fat roll or two in the last month as well. I suggest Atkins Lifestyle for anyone who is a binge eater like me. After a week you don't feel hungry anymore. SO much in fact, I have to set alarms to remind me to eat.
