It's always fun to eat out but then the next day I realize why I don't do it very often because it just makes me want to eat badly. Spent the day trying to reign it in. At work today a nutrition person came and brought us a low-fat version of mac and cheese. I have not way to record it, but basically the base is butternut squash. It really wasn't too bad. I would eat it again but I think I would add a little more cheese to it. So have you tried anything out of the ordinary lately?

You are still below your goal weight. Great maintenance! I haven't tried any different foods lately, but I'm going to a birthday party tomorrow. There might be something new and tasty, but I'm sure there will be the traditional cake. lol

so thanks so much for your support during my hard time <3 Prayer is amazing and I have seen the lord turn things around already years of pain and hurt God is resorting yahoooooooooo <3 went out yesterday to eat ,, and my husband said Golden coral ,,, I gasped in side but knew he had more then earned eating were he wanted he has been so so supportive of the mess that was going on with my kids hes an amazing step father <3 any ways we went there and I eat anything I wanted but I took like 2-3 tables spoons of each ,,, I was vary surprised and my scale didn't scream at me the next day <3 yahoooo <3 any who I would Love the recipe on the mac and cheese <3 I ma planing on making pumpkin cream cheese bars i will get back at ya on how they were if ya dont hear form me after the holidays Please remind me ,, I talk to so many on hear I may for get who I promised it to <3 sweet dreams <3
