so this is my lowest weigh in to date (yeah) thought i would cheer myself up and calculate my new numbers boy was i wrong. So for the 1st time in a long time i am now in the "normal" range for BMI (22) its still in the high end but i'll take normal. then i calculated my BF 30.1% this is also the lowest to date (yeah) but is stil classed in the obese range (booo)there goes my excitement need to push harder.......

thanks for the support guys am working hard so that all numbers take me out of the obese range. i should just marvel in the weight i've lost so far i do have something to be proud of and if i can do that then the next stage of reducing the BF can also be done...right??????
