The mason jar salads for lunch must have done the trick because I got back down to my most recent low this past weekend. Decided Sundays/Mondays will be the official meal prep day for me to put them all together. My fiance wants to get in on the salads too, so now I have to prep twice as much. His are really easy though because he's super picky, so I just do a basic caesar salad for him. My salads are a little more complex though, and I'm also in the process of finding ways to add proteins to them as well. I think as long as I stick with this for lunch I should hopefully keep seeing losses, at least for the time being. I definitely don't like how expensive it is trying to eat healthy. That is for sure the one huge downside to it. I'm actually very thankful though that me and my fiance both have good enough jobs where we can afford to spend the extra money to be able to eat healthy, and have money to go to the gym and everything.
