Foundation Vegetable accounted for 18.18 g of total carb count. I'm not quite sure how to figure that, but my food is all tracked into my diet calendar.
I believe that everything was on the allowed list for Induction. I am very satisfied and pleased with my first day of the challenge. I'm particularly pleased because I substitute teach and was called into work at the last minute. I had to pack a lunch in a hurry and grab some breakfast as I was going out the door. 2 weeks prior of Induction has me well prepared to eat in my plan. That was a great feeling!
