GREEN today. WOW. I'm still up 2.4 lbs from the beginning of vacation but that really isn't much. I'm astounded how quickly this has come back off ... I guess everyone else was right ... no real need to stress if you address it quickly. Of course I'm happy to see GREEN again ... but even happier that I am still on my journey and learning so much!! Off to exercise before work ... I just couldn't wait to post this though ... Good Day Everyone!!!

That temporary weight will melt quickly...its kinda like a new beginning. Keep moving ahead...one step at a time.
