Been a while since last weigh-in. No longer counting calories on the weekend, since reaching goal weight, but trying to be reasonable with food choices. Still tracking during the week to maintain weight and it is working. Still exercising every day, gym three times a week and light exercise and walking on other days.. Maintaining goal weight fine and even a dropped a pound or so.. Just trying to keep it here and improve fitness..
