Weigh in one day early for this two week period. Remaining at goal weight, just doing enough diet and exercise to stay here. Don't want to lose any more, but don't want the yoo-yoo effect hitting me either. Eat pretty much what I want to, Friday night through Sunday, and then calorie counting and exercise the rest of the week. I am suddenly developing, what appears to be, exertion headaches while working out, .. Time for a doctor visit and check these short-duration pains out, but they seem to fit the classic pattern of exertion headaches. Barring any more serious issues, just keep keeping on ..

Just trying to stay the same. Not counting calories on the weekend and basically eating whatever, hitting the gym three times a week and counting calories during the week. Seems to be working..

Been a while since last weigh-in. No longer counting calories on the weekend, since reaching goal weight, but trying to be reasonable with food choices. Still tracking during the week to maintain weight and it is working.
Still exercising every day, gym three times a week and light exercise and walking on other days.. Maintaining goal weight fine and even a dropped a pound or so.. Just trying to keep it here and improve fitness..

Nice weight loss after gym day yesterday. High protein day as well with low carbs helped as well. Weekend begins with a brunch and then a party tonight, will relax guidelines and cheat a bit this weekend after two solid months of good diet and exercise..
