Crispy fall day! I have got work all night so I did a pretty good job of planning out my meals ahead of time. Still completely hooked on my breakfast of bananas and pb2 (peanut butter) it starts me off with a nice handful of calories, the extra potassium has kept me from being so achy, and of course its delicious!
