Shopping done:I'm not even making Easter Dinner and I spent way too much money.The Italian Easter pizzas are very expenise to make but If I make one with-out the crust,I can eat it.Lots of cheeses and meats so I won't have too much.I only have to bake 4 pizzas and 4 ricotta cheese pies.I'm making me one altered to be atkins friendly for me.Hehehe.Grandchildren ask for chocolate browines so making those too. Daughter ask for stuffed manacottie so I'll have to put a couple together....Good thing I'm not making dinner..HUH..LOL
Didn't eat right today..Skipped lunch,got to busy and forgot to eat.Ate an early dinner and I only got a little over 12 veggie carbs.If I get hungary,I'll try maybe a small BLT salad.Not good to skip meals...low calories and poor ratios.
