Hi all, I am doing OK. I will try to get on here daily. FB unfortunately got me off of here years back. It got the main group I was with off too I am sure. My weight is the same, however, I am doing Atkins more now, nearly compliant. I have been taking honey with herbs. Otherwise no sweets. I should be moving into a condo by month's end. When I do, I will be on a bus route to the gym, and I will go often. I will also buy a treadmill for the basement for the winter months. Books going well, I am still writing. Nothing published yet. But I am wealthy (just middle class really) by world's standards.
