Hey guys first day on here with an account, though I am familiar with the website. On my way to the gym now. Definitely need the support to lose the 65 lbs. I have lost weight before, but I thought this website would make it more fun, and easier. By the way, my RDI is 3000 I felt like that was too much to be an RDI, so I'm sticking to 2000 a day intake. I also took an oath to drink nothing but water this month. Making it a short-term goal to lose 15 pounds by the end of November; I tend to loose weight easily if I try hard enough, and its mainly water weight. Wish me luck!
