Didn't make it out to hike where we were hoping. Ended up going to a park nearer to us and walking along a trail there that we havent done yet. Beautiful fall day, not to cold, a bit of sun, and the rain stayed away long enough for us to enjoy it.
Afterward we went out to eat at what has to be my favorite restaurants in the city. I appreciate that it is a small plate menu, so we can each get a few thing and share without going overboard. Delicious is an understatement.
My new scale came in the mail tonight so i will be trying it officially in the morning. This one tracks weight, muscle%, fat%, water%, and bone mass. I way playing around with it and i really like it. It is showing my weight about 1.5/2 pounds lighter than my current scale no matter how many times I calibrate it. I will see if it is consistent in the morning and i think i will probably use both scales for a few days until i am confident it is going to be accurate.
