So today is my stepmom's birthday and she's having cake.. Would it be a bad thing if I had a small slice hahahaa.. I was thinking of just working out extra.. But I feel like I'd be cheating lol =(

It is not going to hurt you to have a small slice...as long as you don't cheat all the time you should be just fine. You are doing great as it is and I don't think splurging once will hurt you at all!

Why not just have a small piece and leave most of the frosting on the plate? You would skip the bulk of the sugar, and if you add on to your workout later you can burn off some of the extra calories. The more dangerous thing would be to get the taste of sugar back in your system-remind yourself that this is a one time deal for a special occasion.
