Been away for a couple days, my sister was in a car accident. She was not hurt too bad, Thank GOD.
I am sticking with induction a little longer, I have melded the SBD and Atkins induction. I bought a can of nuts. Needless to say, I wont be eating nuts again for a long time. The can is GONE!!! Ridiculous. I am a bit disappointed in me.
Back on the horse, will get my 30 mins of cardio in today to try to burn some nuts off my butt and push for a loss this week.
