Well, today's food choices haven't all been the healthiest. Since starting the diet, this is probably the most amount of fat I have consumed in a day. At least I am still below my calorie limit for the day... I am starting to see how sleep is really affecting my willpower when it comes to food. Right now sleep is hard to come by. When I am tired, I become weak and my food choices become more processed and less healthy. I keep writing it off because I eat smaller portions to stay within my calorie limit, but one of my goals is overall health. I will strive to have better days than today.
