Doing well. I am back on Atkins. I am moving in a month, and I will get a treadmill for the basement to do extended walking daily that I can't do in cold, wintry weather. I will be closer to the gym too, which is hard to get to now. (I do not drive.) I am doing OK otherwise, need to lose 30 pounds, I can do it by spring and I will constantly work out so I know I can do it - and keep it off this time with exercise too.
