Went to some friends house last night to watch a movie. She's the type of hostess to put out plates of yummy snack food. Super hard to resist and I gave in a little but really tried hard not to go overboard. It was a fun evening of relaxing and since we have (are) under a great deal of stress dealing with family issues it was a nice diversion. This evening I will be picking the last of the paprika to dry for cooking and maybe some apples or plums not sure which hubby has planned. Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday.

last night I went to a friends house also, but knowing that, I skipped dinner so I could have something at her house, but I also stuck to veggie dip-hummus and cut up vegetables, and watermelon, but she pulled out the coffee cake already cut up and served individually, but I figured it would be ok since I skipped dinner for this purpose, maybe that was wrong, but it was the best I could do without telling people I am on a diet....
