Ran my long run with my friend tonight. We ended up walking about a 1/4 mile because it was hot, and the end of the day and week. But I don't really care about the walking because we did 11.27 miles tonight so woot woot! We saw the usual animals: squirrels, deer and then there was the bear. We did pick our pace up just a tidge.
It's Friday woot woot!
