Had a bad, bad, bad weekend with food but it was understandable with all the meals out of the house and being on vacation. I tried to make wise choices but when alcohol and dessert is on the menu for my wife's birthday celebration that seemed to last forever it was very difficult. Getting back on the program today and hopefully back to the gym tonight or on Wednesday.
