Sunday,Today I sure ate All my calories,I ate my veggies. Looking over my food dairy I didn't fall off plan. The only thing I did was eat toooo many almonds.I'm not upset with myself because I attended a political rally and didn't have a drink.I stayed with water and I stayed on plan.Thats where I "Picked at the almonds".Better almonds than chocolate or carrot cake.So what if I had too many,No booze!!!No cake!!!! I DID GOOD!!!
