Today will be the first real test for me. I am going to a birthday party at 1:00~ I think my plan will to bring an Atkin's bar to leave in the car so every time I am tempted to eat cake I will think of the bar waiting for me! ( I love them!) As for the food~mmm I'll need to look to see what is being served in order to choose correctly, I do not know what Nicole is planning. Main thing is not to go hungry. I had breakfast later than usual and plan to drink a bottle of water in the car on the way down. I usually don't drink diet soda, but maybe having a glass with ice will help me... Wish me luck!
