I alluded to this on my forum post, but it's tough to do this when all your food keeps getting snagged! Yeah, I want them to eat healthy but I want *me* to eat healthy more. I was scambling so much this morning my bean salad got left on the counter so no legumes for lunch. Luckily, I had enough stuff to make a regular salad but I want my black beans and chickpeas! Of course, as I said, I stole my husband's Persian cucumbers (no peeling, just eating) but only 2 of them.
Actually, it's wonderful that they all want to eat healthier. I just want one of them to do the prep work for me. My son only comes around long enough to grab food and dirty dishes (college student). My daughter is wiped most nights (5 months pregnant with a 5 year old). My other daughter has had a multiday migraine this week.
