Well I think I am going to *try* to get back on track in a few days. If I haven't said before I have been sick which resulted in getting very anemic. It was awful.. I could barely get out of bed for a while.. Now I am just weak. Between trying to get my iron up and keeping my sugar up because I also have Hypoglycemia, trying to lose weight is almost impossible. The medicines don't help either.. Exercising is also out of the question. Standing or any activity that requires energy my heart starts racing like crazy.

I will get through this though.. Then I will get right back on track. =)

If you're in sitting most of the time, you should try fiddling with your hands or fingers. I heard that burns alot of calories throughout the day. also having six small meals a day helps boost your metabolism.
