Wooooooooooohooooo! I did it. I went out to eat and planned ahead of time to stick to the salad bar and I did. :) I so proud! I am very full but it comes from the cottage cheese I ate, I'm thinking. But roxchick hit it on the head plan ahead, and you won't have to worry about choices and you will stick more to what you should eat. I so excited!
