Wow, I did not get on here once in August! Well, it is a holiday in the USA, Labor Day. I am re-starting low carb, it is the only thing that really works, walking and exercise helps too and one must do it, but I am doing low carb again. It is a pain, but it does work and it takes away hunger. I want to lose 20lbs. by Christmas and it is possible with low carb, and I will not drink anything but lite beer on the rare occasions I go out. Hot day here in Massachusetts, above 90* only the fifth day this season, not one heatwave this year here - above 90* for three days in a row. I am moving after mid-October so I am very, very busy now with that - I am buying a nice condo, and also with my writing.
