I have a photoshoot tomorrow!!! just in time I am looking GOOD!! my diet is over after tomorrow,,, i AM going to slowly increase my calories to maintance, 100 calories per week, I may be maintaing for a month or two and then i'll start a new bulk!!! already have some great strategies in mind to make this bulk more succesful than the last one!!!!
