Happy Friday,
Weigh in today,Down 2 1/2 lbs. 1/2 in hips,waist and bust each.I'm trying to move up to OWL today,but its hard to eat everything.WQW I ATE A LOT TODAY.I got all vegges in, protein, and fats.Still calories under 1500.Even ate 1/4 cup almonds(thats where I'm starting OWL)Oh well I refuse to stress over it.STRESS MAKES YOU FAT.Maybe I'm not suppose to make 1500 Calories.

Awesome job on those inches lost! You're right not to stress if you're near the 1500 calories. I don't ever stress if I'm in the 1400+ calorie range. A few days I was below my 1500, oh well. I'm not going to go eat 1/5 of a sausage patty to make my calorie goal! :) Though once I did get snacky later that night so I went and ate an entire one.

Amazing - inches & pounds together!!! Wahooooooo for you! I have a hard time keeping my calories in check! No wonder I got fat - I can & was eating what I needed PLUS countless carbs!!!
