Over-ate tonight, because supper was pretty late. 10 minutes after finishing - too full! 😠 Pulled pork on a bun; meant to have only half a bun and that’s what I should have done. Consequently no snack tonight. But even so - just too much food today. It seems I have to make every mistake in the book at least once. Sigh.

I did something similar, literally ate an extra meal yesterday. My day started at 4am that day and it’s PMS time, so I’m sorry not sorry. Today is another day, and we’re rocking it. :)

That's ok, maybe you could take a walk to burn the extra calories it could help. If not Tomorrow is another Day. We all go through it . Keep it up.
