Sicker than a dog right now. For the second time in a month and a half. Plus its that TOM for me, so it's a double whammy in the no workout area. I forced myself to go to Zumba on Wednesday even though I was starting to feel sick, because I had to cancel my workout yesterday, and I will most likely not be working out tonight either. It is all sinus stuff, and feels a lot more like a sinus infection than just a cold. The whole left side of my head hurts, my sinuses hurt, my face hurts. At least my sore throat is gone though, for the time being. If there is one thing that I hate, its being sick. I rarely ever get sick, so to get sick twice in a relatively short span is horrible. Whats even worse is the fact that I never let being sick stop me from working, and doing chores and errands. As much as I try to workout and eat healthy, I am no good at taking care of myself. I was definitely hoping that my coworkers would have told me to go home today, but I work in an incredibly small office so the chances of that happening are usually pretty slim. I definitely could have used the nap though, I have quite a busy weekend a head. Honestly, all I'm hoping for at this point is to be able to workout tomorrow and Sunday. I feel guilty knowing I'm not at the gym. I just want to feel better!
