I've been trying to eat only 2 meals per day to reduce my total calorie intake per day but sometimes I get really hungry close to bedtime and just sleep off the hunger. Anyone have any advice?

Eat more often but smaller meals.

Reduce your carbs and up your protein to stave off hunger pangs

Cut out your carbs, and as Maykot said increase your protein. Drink water too, this acts as an appetite suppressant, flavour it with lemon/lime juice.

lemon in your water, and a mandarine, or 2 helps with your bowels .🥰👌

I have the same problem but I find my Whey Protein Isolate Shake helps a lot, I add 30 gm to 200 ml of "So Good"Unsweetened Almond Milk,plus 1 tsp of Spirulina powder and 1 tsp of Greens Plus. Well worth a try. Your lucky to be able to sleep the craving off at least.

Try having a vegi salad

If you are doing intermittent fasting, sleeping it off is probably the only option (try to increase the protein in your dinners like others said). Otherwise you can have a Lebanese cucumber (with skin), it will help with the hunger but has almost 0 calorie.
