First day Trying to follow a low calorie Mediterranean diet Seriously if I ate the recommended 1900 calories per day , I would GAIN weight I could eat less as losing my appetite due to heart failure but that would upset my diabetes lol Anyone out there that has lost weight while suffering with heart failure I would welcome tips 😊
