At the moment, I do have a current goal, and an overall goal. My first goal is to get down to 140 (almost 30 lbs down from my starting), and my goal weight overall is between 110-120 or so (20-30 lbs down from my first goal). If I can get lower than that I would also be happy as well, but with the muscle I plan to gain I honestly am not sure how achievable that weight is. If I had it my way, I would love to get all the way back to my end of high school weight of 95, but to be honest there is no (healthy) way to get there, because I know I didn't achieve that weight in a healthy manner to begin with.
As I am currently stuck around 150, I feel like just having a number goal is not going to make anything happen. Having my first goal at 140 is wonderful, but because I don't have a time frame, I feel like it is less important, and I keep pushing it off.
So for my first goal, I want to lose 15 more pounds by Halloween. Even though my first goal weight is only 10 lbs away, I feel like I can push a little bit and try to get to 15. I counted and it gives me 12/13 weeks to do it in, which can definitely be done. It will definitely be a little bit harder to do, and I may honestly not even make it to 15, but I feel like giving a time frame to do it in will maybe get my booty in gear!

I believe that this is a wonderful goal! If I lived closer, I would go and be your workout buddy! I have noticed a dramatic change in my push now that I go with Carol. Now that my activity level is soaring above what is was my 2nd round of HCG, my body seems to allow a more strenuous workout. Also, note that you don't have to have a super motivated partner. Carol has actually hit the gym less than I have and in reintroducing her to a lot of the equipment, I am finding myself more confident and ready to do my circuits. We are currently doing 30min-1 hr of treadmill/elliptical/arc trainer and then half an hour of weights, All arm machines on arm day, core machines with light machine resistance on arms and then all leg machines on leg day. :) I felt the need to share that so I hope that it's helpful.

It really works out to be maybe a little more than a pound a week, if that. Which is perfect. Obviously I know that wanting to lose anything more than that would just be setting myself up for failure!
