Its always nice when people share their weight loss meal. I especially like the cat fish but for tge moimoi is it weight loss friendly

@fdrimto, yes, the catfish was lovely. The moi moi is fine. The moi moi recipe I used is chef Lola's moi moi recipe. You can Google it, that's what I followed . 1 serving is 155 calories, and it tastes lovely.
