I really pushed myself on yesterday's run, and I feel like it paid off judging by the number on the scale this morning. I know it's just a number, and not a true indicator of health, but it sure feels good.
I ate one of those kashi go lean chewy bars last night....and it tasted like play-doh. But I really hadn't eaten enough calories during the day, so I choked it down. I think I'll try to pawn the rest of them off on someone else.
