so another day down and hopefully the weegh in later this week will reflect that i'm doing not great but ok enough :0) i think i must of sweated out at least a kilo yesterday it was so hot in the office. i usually dont mind the heat but yesterday was awful, high humidity and zero airflow with one wall of windows and no aircon its not at all pleasant!

the worst thing about the heat (which we dont normally get here) is the interupted sleep. i feel like i havent slept properly for days. we tried to buy a fan the other day (set up some poor mans aircon with it infront of the window) but every shop seems to have sold out!!!! everyone must have the same idea at the moment. the weather man has promised that it will cool down by the weekend (and then we will probably all complain again that there's no sunshine) so had better enjoy it while it lasts
