Since my back is bothering me I decided to ride my bike this morning. I refuse to let this get to me. This evening it feels even better than it did this morning. So I have high hopes that this will turn around quickly. I will probably do bike riding again tomorrow.

We had some big thunder boomers this afternoon. Lot's of lightning too. Very unusual for the mountains that I live in. The rain is wonderful since we are in a severe drought.
