Ok so I am eating more and I lost 1/2 pound overall? Seriously, my weight can fluctuate up to 3 pounds in a day! This plateau is annoying! I think we constantly have to re-assess and figure out what is going on with our bodies. I wish it were a simple equation to follow . . .. I know I am gaining strength but I want to lose the big belly bulge! At least I am on a plateau at a major milestone! -50lb is not so bad so far! I am determined to get to the final destination though!

You're 2/3 of the way to your goal! If you're gaining strength and losing a little, you're losing fat. So even if the scale doesn't move much, it doesn't mean nothing is happening. Keep it up!

you really are doing well overall!!! I'm doing a challenge and have gone up 5 lbs in 3 days instead of down any, I understand your frustration!

Like many of our Fat Secret members, I sometimes decide that I am TOO aware of my body and what I am or am not doing to improve. I long to kick into automatic and "just do it" without thinking about it so much. I LOVE those days when I am so bust with my mind and my hands that I do not THINK about food, exercise, hydration, fat grams or portions. Take care, Kiddo!

Ah oh. Typo. Correction. The words "I am so 'bust' with my mind" SHOULD read "I am so 'BUSY' with my mind." Trust me. I am NOT bust. He-he-he-he-he!
