Feeling really jittery, nauseous,and weak at the same time. Is this normal?

Did you cut your calories back too far? Try to keep your blood sugar steady, that helps.

You are not eating enough. You should be getting at least 1400-1500 calories. Eat some fruits in between breakfast lunch and after dinner (3x). Drink lots of water too.

It's hypoglycemia. It happens to me within the first week of trying "too hard". Eat slightly more during your meals.

Thank you all. I've been eating 1600 - 1700 cals a day. I've also been getting cold really quickly which is really abnormal for me. I'm normally the one complaining that its hot. Feeling much better now though. Thank you.

Eat more fat if you are cold, I know I really struggle with that but add some more fat in, that is what worked for me.
