Good Morning!! I appear to be hanging around just under my 200 mark. I shouldn't complain right? It's natural for my body to "readjust" ... natural for the weight loss to slow. Of course, I want to see 197, 196, 195, etc ... and impatiently sooner rather than later. However, I am continuing to do the same things, eat well and exercise. So ... there is nothing to stress about!!! So I won't stress. I'll breathe in and out, enjoy this healthier body I'm living in, and enjoy the bright North Idaho sunshine while it lasts!!! I'm here now. It's okay.

We are SO in the same boat together. We can do this, it will be a slow process but we can get our numbers to go down! :)

I think you are doing great and you are right about what you wrote on my journal. The last so many pounds wont fly off like all the rest but it will come off. You are doing such a wonderful job, keep up the great work.
