OK, for some reason I wasn't able to change my start date to July 1st, it started me on July 14. I didn't lose 7 pounds in two days but I lost it in a week! I'm quite happy with that. I've been drinking a lot more water and have been careful in my choices. I've eliminated gluten from my diet and I'm checking labels. It's difficult when you go to a restaurant. Many do not have gluten free menus. Looking forward to seeing the dietician on the 25th. I'm trying to eat low GI and gluten free. It'll be interesting to see how my body reacts to the changes.
