Ugh I binged last night. But I am not going to dwell on it, I am going to move forward and stay motivated. It didn't feel good, it never does. I am not recording my weight this morning because it is all over the place after my bad day yesterday. I will weigh tomorrow and use that as my weight. I was SO good all week and losing and then this setback. Blah. Just have to keep on keeping on. Also in my first 30 days I did not exercise at all. This week my goal is to exercise into my routine. I just need to do it and stop making excuses for myself. Every day is a challenge.
