Well I gave in and had the egg roll and burrito. The burrito was good but the egg roll was not as good as I remember. I am going to take in more calories today but I am okay with it. I have a hard time getting calories in so every once in a while is okay with me.

I am so frustrated with the airlines and my bank. I have never flown so I had no idea how this thing works. I purchased our airline tickets online. They charged me for our airline tickets separate and then put a hold on our account for the entire amount for pre-authorization. Not a problem had I known about it. But it looks like on our account that I made a purchase of 1180 and didn't deposit enough. So for today we are overdrawn. I went to the store to pick up some things and that's when I found out. Luckily a girl that I babysit her grandma was in the store and gave me the money to pay for our things. Tomorrow everything will be okay and we won't be charged any overdraft fees thank goodness. Poor thing John had to charge his lunch to his credit card because of the whole mess.

I was talking to some of the girls at the gym and they said they have the scales set like 12 pounds heavier for the guys in sports so they can weigh in at weight even if they are shy. I was pretty close to guessing what I weighed when I started because I thought I was 165 but actually 160 only I weighed in at 172 on their scales. I don't feel so bad now, but it did motivate me to lose the weight. I am going to get some scales for home to find out how far off the gym's scales are. I really felt light on my feet this morning which is a nice feeling. I will weigh in Friday to give me some time to burn off the junk I ate today. After lunch I went and laid down for a nap. It's amazing how bad junk food makes you feel. I haven't had enough water today but it is only 200pm so I still have time to get all my water in today. I did do 30 of aerobics this morning and will go to the gym tonight. I just wish I had more time in the day to get more aerobics in, I really enjoy it, (I would have had time today had I not laid down for 30 minutes.)I am going to look into an aerobic class this summer for me. It will have to be a beginner's class as I am not in that great of shape.

Does anybody have any tips on the best way to get your arms in shape to lose the fat under your arms. I have been doing a lot for my whole body health but my arms is a self conscious spot for me, as I am sure for a lot of women. I want to look nice is sleeveless shirts since that is mostly what I wear during the summer. Well I am off to do more crunches.
