I eat on average less than 1200 calories a day sometimes way less than that. I have been stuck on the same weight for like forever it seems. So I previously posted today that I was going to slash my calories even more. But after reading and researching my eating less than 1200 calories may be the problem and trying to eat even less is just going to make it worse. I thought by eating less, I was helping but it turns out my body goes into this mode (always in a mode, hehe) and it just stores all of the food I do eat.
So this ole girls going to eat. I've been struggling to keep my calories down and now it's just about gotten to where that is how I eat and my body is adjusting.
Any comments would be appreciated I learn more. I'm so frustrated.

Sometimes it's not how much you eat but what you eat. So whether you eat 1000, 1200, or 1500 plus calories, try to strive to eat foods that provide natural nutrients for your body instead of processed (factory made) foods. Continue with daily exercise and proper rest. It's natural for the body to go into a stall (plateau) stage where it seems to stop losing weight no matter what you do. Just remember that even if you don't see results on the outside, your body is thanking you daily for giving it proper nourishment and will reward you with good health. Which we all know is way more important that just losing weight. Your chart looks awesome and you're doing a great job! Keep it up buddy.

You also have only a small amount to lose, so the fact that you may already be in a healthy weight range for your height may come into play. Your best bet is to concentrate on the quality of foods you are eating and lots of exercise. Eat lots of protein (lean), fruits, veggies and lean dairy (dairy has been shown to help us reduce fat). Stay away from the processed foods because they have a lot of sodium. Also, a combination of cardio and strength training will help you redefine your body. You are doing great. It is going to take discipline and patience to get to your goal. Good luck!
