Well I got in 30 minutes of aerobics this morning and I feel pretty good, however I haven't eaten yet today. That is my biggest downfall. It is so hard for me to get breakfast in. I just don't feel hungry until about 11 am. I am trying to figure out what I want to eat that is healthy. I really really want a fried burrito and eggroll from the quickstop, but I know I shouldn't. I haven't had one in almost a month if not longer. I remember now it was spring break and traveling I ate a burrito and eggroll then. That was the 13th. or the 14th. of March. Wow I didn't realize how well I had done this last month. I used to eat that almost everyday. Anyways back to healthy stuff. I don't know what to eat. I could have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and grapes but I am tired of pb&j. I go grocery shopping Friday and you can tell it is getting close the pantry is bare. I have a meeting at church tonight but I am going to try to get into the gym before I have to pick up the kids from church. I took measurements today. They are getting better and better every week.
Thighs: 21 down ½
Waist : 30 ½ down 2
Hips : 35 down 1½
Butt : 37 ½ same

Weight:163.5
I have been doing my crunches at home and the ab crunch machine at the gym and the back extensions everyday. I do the pull down bar that works your back but I use little to no weight to get more range of motion in my arm, I do that everyday as well. I am going to try to do 15 min. straight on the elliptical tonight and see how it goes. I will get there it is just taking me a while. I am still walking at least 2 miles though. I would like to increase it to 3 miles but it is the time restraint as to why I haven't yet. Hopefully by the end of summer I will back up to my 6 miles a day.

If your not that hungry in the morning, just eat an apple or banana to keep your metabolism going. Plus, you mentioned pb&j... thats really not the best thing in the world to be having on a regular basis - once in a while, OK, but pb is very high in fat and calories. Everything in moderation!
