Weird...I didn't eat much on Monday because my boyfriend and I had planned to have some sweets and a drink. I figured I should account for those extra calories and deliberately didn't eat a lot during the day. Then he gets home and I have an ice cream pop and one vodka and soda.
Then Tuesday rolled around and I had the worst craving for popcorn. Buttery, flavoured popcorn. (I know it isn't right, but I really want to blame that craving on the period.) So after eating sensibly for breakfast and lunch, I let myself gorge on popcorn.
Now, to be fair, I did do a 45 minute cardio/strength workout on both Monday and Tuesday. Plus a tonne of housework.
I wonder if the extra work cancels out the junk?
