Ugh...I have some nasty, nasty cramps today. It doesn't matter what I do or don't do, eat or don't eat. I just feel bloated and crampy. Bleech...
And to make life sooo much more interesting - all I have been craving is POPCORN! With melted butter (which I don't have, so I'll have to use margarine instead...) and ketchup seasoning. Mmm...both disgusting and delicious. I can't help myself!
Whatever...have to detox myself out of this junk somehow. But I know if I don't give into the popcorn thing, I'll eat a whole lot of other stuff I don't even really want!
