Inspired by all of the support here at FS to whip up my default smoothie for lunch instead of eating the usual junk. Thanks all !
It sounds (and looks) a bit disgusting, but it actually tastes quite good:
I throw frozen spinach pucks, frozen strawberries, chocolate protein powder, chia seeds, maca powder, frozen raw ginger, flax seeds and a little milk and water in the nutribullet and it makes a tasty shake for only 384 calories. Half the serving is enough to fill you up for awhile so I put the rest in the fridge for later.
It is hot, humid and raining outside, so I won't be heading out for a walk just yet.
