my weight can't lose anymore..i dunno why..can somebody help me??i do workout atleast 3x a week..n also drink a lot of water..

you might need to review your diet and workouts to give your metabolism a bit of a boost.

Maybe you need to change it up or increase your work out. Your body might have got use to your work outs... Also I was doing the 8 week challenge with you. GREAT job on your weight loss so far!! PBTA!!!

usually in the morning i will drink atleast a glass of milk.or i will eat with a green apple, or quaker oat or 3pcs of biscuits.then lunch, i will eat vegetables, sometimes with rice and chicken and i drink a lot of mineral water. and dinner i will eat fruits and vegetables only.is it true that if today we drink a lot of water and tomorrow we drink little,then our body will more like to water retention?

If you're exercising & eating healthy then just give it time. You're not in race to loose weight so there are times when you'll be in a plateau stage and it seems like nothing is happening. But what's really happening is that your body is reaping the benefits from your efforts of treating it propperly with good food & exercise. Continue to treat your body well and don't be overly concern about the weight issue. It will come off in time. Remember, you're doing this for life and not just to loose weight. So relax and enjoy the fact that you're doing great and healthy things for your body. I wish you well buddy.
